華星東方承建的江西省贛州市南康生活垃圾焚燒發(fā)電項(xiàng)目煙氣凈化工程于2023年4月11日通過(guò)72+24小時(shí)試運(yùn)行。

The flue gas cleaning (FGC) project undertaken by Huaxing-east for Nankang waste incineration power plant in Ganzhou, Jiangxi passed 72+24 hours trial operation on April 11, 2023.

該項(xiàng)目總規(guī)模為2000t/d，分兩期建設(shè)。一期（本期）工程日處理生活垃圾1000t，建設(shè)2條處理能力500t/d的生活垃圾爐排爐焚燒線，配套安裝1臺(tái)額定30MW的凝汽式汽輪發(fā)電機(jī)組（預(yù)留二期擴(kuò)建1000t/d生產(chǎn)線場(chǎng)地）。煙氣處理采用“爐內(nèi)SNCR＋半干法(旋轉(zhuǎn)噴霧)＋干法(干粉噴射)＋活性炭吸附＋袋式除塵+飛灰輸送、儲(chǔ)存及穩(wěn)定化工藝”的煙氣凈化工藝，為我司EPC工程。

The plant total capacity is 2000 t/d and will be constructed in 2 phases. The 1st (current) phase of the plant has a treatment capacity of 1000 t/d of municipal solid waste. Two 500 t/d incineration lines will be constructed, along with the installation of one condensing steam turbine generator with rated power 30 MW (expansion of 1000 t/d production line for 2nd phase reserved). The FGC process applied "In-furnace SNCR + semi-dry rotary spray + dry powder injection + activated carbon adsorption + bag filter + fly ash conveying, storage and stabilization". It is an EPC project of Huaxing.
