華星東方公司承建的河南省新鄉(xiāng)市原陽垃圾焚燒發(fā)電項(xiàng)目煙氣凈化工程于2022年01月11日通過72+24小時試運(yùn)行。

The flue gas cleaning project of the Yuanyang waste incineration power generation project in Xinxiang City, Henan Province, undertaken by our company, passed the 72+24 hour trial operation on January 11, 2022.

該項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)模日處理生活垃圾600t/d，建設(shè)1×600t/d垃圾焚燒爐生產(chǎn)線，配備1×15MW汽輪發(fā)電機(jī)組。煙氣處理采用“半干法（旋轉(zhuǎn)霧化半干反應(yīng)塔）+干法（噴射消石灰）+活性炭噴射+袋式除塵器”的煙氣處理組合工藝，為我司設(shè)備供貨工程。

The project has a designed daily domestic waste processing capacity of 600t/d, a 1×600t/d waste incinerator production line, and a 1×15MW steam turbine generator unit. The flue gas treatment adopts the flue gas cleaning combination process of "semi-dry method (rotary atomization semi-dry reaction tower) + dry method (slaked lime injection) + activated carbon injection + bag dust collector", which is the equipment supply project for our company.
