華星東方承建的云南省紅河州建水生活垃圾焚燒發(fā)電項(xiàng)目煙氣凈化工程于2024年09月18日通過(guò)72+24小時(shí)試運(yùn)行。

The flue gas cleaning project of Jianshui household waste incineration Power generation plant in Honghe, Yunnan Province, undertaken by HEPT, has passed a 72-hour + 24-hour trial operation since 19th.Sep 2024

該項(xiàng)目總設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)模為日處理生活垃圾500噸，配套建設(shè)1x500t/d機(jī)械爐排垃圾焚燒鍋爐+1x10MW汽輪發(fā)電機(jī)組。煙氣凈化采用“SNCR脫硝＋半干法脫酸系統(tǒng)+干法脫酸系統(tǒng)+活性炭噴射+布袋除塵器+飛灰輸送、存儲(chǔ)及穩(wěn)定化”的煙氣處理工藝，為我司設(shè)備供貨工程。

The total design capacity of the project is 500 tons of household waste per day. The related construction will be one 500t/d mechanical grate waste incineration boiler + one 10MW steam turbine generator set. The flue gas cleaning adopts the flue gas treatment process of "SNCR denitrification + semi-dry deacidification system + dry deacidification system + activated carbon jet + bag dust collector + fly ash transportation, storage and stabilization", which will all be supplied by HEPT.
